Ama Dablam Settling Into Base Camp

The crew is now well set­tled at Base Camp and they have a great set up.

Before they left Pang­boche they went to meet with Lama Geshe. He is the main Bud­dhist Lama who bless­es climbers before they head into the moun­tains. They had a good puja cer­e­mo­ny with him after break­fast and this is a nice tra­di­tion and great experience.

Seth was very con­tent with the camp and every­body is rest­ing, get­ting a show­er and eat­ing lots of good food. They are set­ting up a game plan for the next days to come and are super exit­ed to start the climb!

Today will be anoth­er rest day and Seth will prob­a­bly call in anoth­er dis­patch tonight. The weath­er has been cloudy so they have not been able to charge per­son­al phones, but hope­ful­ly it´s clear skies again today.
