Aconcagua Dispatch: Madness Team Prepares For Summit!

Guides Andrew Wexler called in this week­end with an update from Aconcagua. Their team – com­prised of clients Dave Cree­den, Andrea DeVoe, David Krause, Hanse Ringstroem, and Ter­ry Schuck – has been climb­ing Aconcagua via the Pol­ish route, and is prepar­ing for the big sum­mit push!

They arrived at high camp yes­ter­day, and have been enjoy­ing a rest day loung­ing in the sun­shine at 19,300 feet. Andrew reports that every­one is doing very well, and that the group is ​“stoked for the sum­mit!” The fore­cast is for sun­shine, so hope­ful­ly they’ll have sun­shine on their big day.

Every­one in the group says hel­lo to fam­i­ly and friends, and David Krause says ​“word up” to the gov­er­nor. Hope­ful­ly the next time we hear from them will be when they’re call­ing from the summit!
