Logan Team Continues To Move Up Mountain!
Tino called in from 16k’ on Mt. Logan last Friday. The team is doing really well and the weather is still cooperating nicely. They have been moving as fast as anyone could hope for and are slightly ahead of schedule. The camp that they have settled into is Camp 3. They moved up yesterday and did a back carry today to get everything from the previous cache. The plan is to try to carry up to about 18k’ feet tomorrow and put in a cache at Prospector’s Pass. Glenn was quoted as saying “the views just keep getting better at every turn!” And the solitude compared to Denali can’t be beat!

Mount Logan
The five day weather outlook is quite good with axtremely cold temps, light dustings of snow, light winds and partly to mostly sunny skies in the forecast for the upper mountain. The team will check in again soon as they get into position for a potential summit bid, hopefully by mid-week. Stay tuned!
