November 8, 2008 Ama Dablam expedition arrives in Lukla!

Arriv­ing in Lukla

We made it to Luk­la after some delays. We are a small, strong group and are mak­ing up for lost time! Every­one is doing well. We made good time up to Nam­che Bazaar. The group had a nice acclima­ti­za­tion hike up to Kunde. Tomor­row our plan is to hike through Deboche on our way to the monastery in Teng­boche. Every­one is feel­ing great and we are excit­ed to be on our way!
