Mustagh Ata Expedition- Final Wrap Up

Hel­lo folks. This is Casey call­ing in from Urumqi. We had a nice walk out from base camp after load­ing the camels and then drove back to Kash­gar after a lunch by Karakul lake. We had a very beau­ti­ful day with out­stand­ing views of Mustagh Ata from the lake. Once back to Kash­gar, we all enjoyed hot show­ers and a big cel­e­bra­tion din­ner. Jack and Sue head­ed out this morn­ing and will con­tin­ue their adven­tures in Bei­jing and Hong Kong. We wish them the best. The 2009 Mustagh Ata trip, while we did not reach the sum­mit, was a pret­ty good suc­cess and a great trip over­all. That is it for now and we hope you will join us for the 2010 trip.
