Ama Dablam Expedition 11/18/08 dispatch

Hel­lo Moun­tain Mad­ness, Seth here call­ing from Camp 2, Ama Dablam! We made it here around 2:30 this after­noon; the team had a nice day climb­ing on the rocks. Today was a lot of hard work. We were climb­ing with heavy, full packs. We were car­ry­ing our all of our cloth­ing, food, cram­pons, and full sleep­ing set up. 

We are up here now in a good posi­tion to cast off for our sum­mit day. I am look­ing up at the route and con­di­tions are great. The route looks awe­some and the team is feel­ing pret­ty good! I will try to call from the sum­mit tomor­row. Now we are going to tuck in for an ear­ly night! Over and out.
