Saturday Dec. 10 from Base Camp
“As you know, today is the last rest day and tomorrow we start the attempt on the mountain. We did the first hike up yesterday to Camp Canada to provide everything we need up there. The team is in good shape and the weather is improving! Looking forward to better conditions and reaching Camp 2, “Nido,” in two days.”

Sunday Dec. 11 from Camp 1
“Hello, this is Sebastian calling from Aconcagua. Today we moved to Camp 1, at 16,500 feet. Tomorrow we are just carrying up to Nido de Condores. And the day after, moving to Nido. Everyone is doing pretty well and we will call you from Nido when we move up there!”
