Fast and Light 2‑Day Ascents

2‑Day Ascents of Mount Baker or Mount Shuksan

The new age of climbing is all about going Fast and Light”. These ascents will allow participants to push their cardio by attempting a classic Cascade peak in one big push. You leave the cooking gear, sleeping bags, and take only the essentials as you prepare to truly go Fast and Light”.

Our route on Mount Baker, (10,781 ft / 3286 m), ascends the Easton Glacier with challenging route finding through icefalls, seracs, and large crevasses. On Mount Shuksan, (9,127 ft / 2782 m), the Sulphide Glacier route offers good glacier travel and an exhilarating final climb up steep mixed snow and low 5th class rock to the summit pyramid.

These climbs are all done on a custom basis. Let us know if you have some other climbs you’d like to do fast and light” — Contact Us
