Climb­ing Kil­i­man­jaro is chal­leng­ing enough, but imag­ine you are a porter on the moun­tain for a moment. This is a com­pelling video to watch for any­body con­sid­er­ing climb­ing the moun­tain. The IMEC has done a great job in their efforts to ensure porters are treat­ed fair­ly for the job they do.
