Everest Updates 5/23/2017: Successful Summit!

Sucess­ful Sum­mit of Everest!

After 12 hours of intense work, at 9 am local time three climbers along with two guides and sev­en sher­pas reached the sum­mit of Mount Ever­est. A fourth mem­ber, Christo­pher Hill, made it as far as the Bal­cony at 27,500′(8400 m) and described it thus­ly: ​“Last three days were prob­a­bly the most chal­leng­ing I’ve ever had.” Christo­pher reports the team is safe­ly back to Camp II.
