Sean McNally

Sean grew up in Austin, TX where he devel­oped an unlike­ly love for rock climb­ing at the ripe old age of 9. After spend­ing most of his time at the gyms and lime­stone crags around his home, he start­ed to set his sights on big­ger objec­tives. Sum­mer trips to Col­orado fueled his pas­sion for the moun­tains until he lit out on his own and head­ed west. He has been guid­ing and instruct­ing all over the US but recent­ly land­ed more per­ma­nent­ly in Seat­tle. Out­side of climb­ing, Sean teach­es and enjoys cre­ative writ­ing, music, and fly fish­ing. Sean is cur­rent­ly an AMGA Assis­tant Rock Guide, Appren­tice Alpine Guide, Ice Instruc­tor, and a Sin­gle Pitch Instructor.
