Pablo Sandoval

Pablo start­ed his climb­ing career at the age of 15 with sport climb­ing com­pe­ti­tions — he Lat­er became a coach. The same year he joined the Cen­tral Uni­ver­si­ty Alpine Club and start­ed climb­ing the high alti­tude moun­tains in Ecuador. His first inter­na­tion­al expe­di­tion was at the age of 18 to a 2,450 ft wall La Esfin­ge del Paron” Cordillera Blan­ca, Peru. Since then he has climbed in Colom­bia, Argen­tine Patag­o­nia, Aconcagua, Peru, Mex­i­co, and the USA. Pablo stud­ied Tourism and Envi­ron­men­tal Issues at the Uni­ver­si­dad Tech­nol­gi­ca Equinoc­cial in Quito. Pablo has a NOLS Wilder­ness First Respon­der cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, and is cur­rent­ly an IFM­GA aspirant.
