David Garcia

David has been climb­ing since he was 15 years old and has led expe­di­tions in Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Argenti­na. He is a mem­ber of the Ecuado­ri­an Asso­ci­a­tion of Moun­tain Guides (ASEGUIM) and the Inter­na­tion­al Asso­ci­a­tion of Moun­tain Guides Asso­ci­a­tions (UIAGM). David has guid­ed climbs from the most basic rock climb­ing and moun­taineer­ing objec­tives, to dif­fi­cult big walls. His pas­sion for climb­ing and help­ing peo­ple reach their climb­ing goals is evi­dent in his guid­ing. When he is not climb­ing, you can find him teach­ing math at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Quito. He is an extreme­ly hard­work­ing, pos­i­tive, and patient guide.
