Brian Richter

Bri­an grew up in the flat­lands of Indi­ana and moved to Seat­tle after col­lege to pur­sue an engi­neer­ing career. He quick­ly fell in love with explor­ing the moun­tains of the Pacif­ic North­west. He also dis­cov­ered a pas­sion for teach­ing oth­ers the skills need­ed to recre­ate in the moun­tains. Bri­an is an AIARE Instruc­tor, Wilder­ness First Respon­der, and PSIA Lev­el 2 Alpine and Lev­el 1 Adap­tive Cer­ti­fied Ski Instruc­tor. Bri­an lives in Leav­en­worth, WA with his wife and son.
