Glaciers in the Cascades

Every summer, as I head out into the Cascade Mountains here in Washington State, it is always remarkable how much the glaciers have changed since I first started climbing here over thirty years ago. I’ve always been intrigued by our glaciers here and found this to be an interesting article from a few years back: http://www.nichols.edu/departments/glacier/terminus_behavior_and_response_t.htm

Enjoy and come on out and explore some glaciers with us!
