Nacho” is a native born Ecuado­ri­an and start­ed to climb at the age of 12. With his decades of expe­ri­ence he has advanced to the high­est lev­el of guid­ing with cer­ti­fi­ca­tion as an IFM­GA guide and instruc­tor. On his long list of climbs, the most rep­re­sen­ta­tive ones are his ascents in Peru like Piramide de Gar­cila­zo South Face, Caraz South Face, Cayesh West Face, and Chacrara­ju Este South Face. He also has an impres­sive list in Bolivia, like the West Face of Huay­na Poto­si in 4 hours and 30 min­utes and dif­fi­cult routes on the Con­doriri Massif.
